A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available in a school setting located in Jupiter, Florida. This contracted position supports K-12 students by providing therapeutic services designed to optimize mobility, function, and independence throughout the academic year.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering assessment, treatment, and ongoing evaluation of students with physical therapy needs
- Collaborating with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Documenting therapy progress and maintaining compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
- Providing direct physical therapy services in classroom, gym, or therapy rooms based on student needs
- Supporting students’ functional goals to enhance participation in educational activities
