Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• School-based physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Background in pediatric therapy or experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to independently manage a small caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess and document student needs and progress, participating actively in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement student-centered interventions
• Advise on modifications, equipment, and adaptive strategies to enhance student participation in the school setting
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all reporting requirements
