School-Based Physical Therapist - Kingston, Pennsylvania

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation in educational environments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and families
• Commitment to fostering student independence and mobility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in line with school policy
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students
• Participate in orientation and any required training sessions
