Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation in educational environments
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and families
- Commitment to fostering student independence and mobility
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group physical therapy in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in line with school policy
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students
- Participate in orientation and any required training sessions
