School-Based Physical Therapist - Kingwood, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete in-depth evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans for K-12 students

• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with regulations and school guidelines
• Travel between multiple school sites within the district as assigned
