Key Qualifications:
- Active state Physical Therapist license required
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for children
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ physical abilities and needs to design effective therapy interventions
- Create and deliver therapeutic activities tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Monitor and document progress, making modifications as needed to maximize student success
- Consult with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistency in therapeutic strategies across settings
- Educate staff on best practices for supporting students’ physical development in the classroom
- Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations
