Physical Therapist - School Setting in Lakewood, WA

This full-time role is dedicated to supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade, managing a focused caseload of 25-30 students across the district. Key Qualifications:
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
• Able and willing to complete OSPI fingerprinting requirements
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in school-based settings
• Commitment to onsite-only service (virtual/remote options are not available)
• Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable, compassionate, and able to manage a diverse caseload district-wide

Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver tailored interventions for eligible students
• Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic service delivery
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans to best fit changing needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight into team-based planning
• Stay current on best practices in pediatric physical therapy and educational standards
• Deliver direct therapy services 37.5 hours per week, dedicated to onsite support district-wide
