School Physical Therapist | Laramie, Wyoming

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of IEP processes and relevant state/federal regulations a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address motor skills, mobility, and access to the educational environment
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute therapy expertise to the team’s recommendations and decision-making
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications to foster student independence
