Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, developing, and delivering tailored physical therapy interventions to students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Providing direct therapy services as well as support and training to educational staff on carryover of treatment strategies
• Monitoring student progress, documenting outcomes, and making appropriate adjustments to care plans
• Supporting inclusive practices, helping each student achieve their fullest physical potential in a school environment

To thrive in this role, ideal candidates should have:

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is highly valued
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to team-based care
• Flexibility to effectively split hours between two campus locations
