Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Proficient in documenting progress and adapting goals
• Commitment to supporting a diverse student population
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for student advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ physical abilities and needs within the school environment
• Develop and execute personalized intervention strategies
• Collaborate closely with educational staff and families to optimize outcomes
• Provide direct therapy services to individuals or small groups
• Educate staff and students on mobility, safety, and adaptive techniques
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP/504 meetings
• Contribute actively to the multi-disciplinary team
