Physical Therapist - School Setting in Lawrence, MA

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license for Massachusetts required
• Willingness to pursue additional MA educational certifications if needed
• Experience in school-based PT settings strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and school needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services for students with diverse physical needs, as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to address student mobility, motor skills, and participation in school activities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to help students achieve educational goals
• Accurately document assessments, progress, and sessions
• Serve as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing professional insight and support
