School-Based Physical Therapist - Lawrence, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active PT license in Massachusetts (required)
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Ability to support a diverse K-12 caseload with varying needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educational staff and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive environment for learners of all abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students onsite as determined by their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
• Document progress, complete required reports, and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success within the school community
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving and contribute to a positive school culture
