School-Based Physical Therapist - Lawrenceville, Georgia

This position offers the opportunity to provide physical therapy services in a K-12 school setting, supporting students across PreK through 12th grade. The role is a contract position with a duration from ASAP through May 21, 2026, working 40 hours per week. The caseload consists of approximately 25 to 35 students, allowing for meaningful impact on their development and education.

Located in Lawrenceville, GA, this role serves students in schools situated about 15-25 minutes from Atlanta, GA, close to Tucker in Dekalb County. The position is ideal for physical therapists with pediatric and/or school-based experience who are passionate about working with children and supporting their physical therapy needs in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students PreK-12th grade
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy and/or school-based therapy preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 25-35 students
