School-Based Physical Therapist - Lebanon, OH

Desired qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric clients
• Ability to implement IEP goals related to physical therapy
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
• Familiarity with school documentation requirements and procedures

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate students to determine their needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Maintain accurate progress notes and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Train teachers and staff on strategies to assist students throughout the school day
• Use evidence-based approaches to support student achievement and independence
