School-Based Physical Therapist - Lexington Park, Maryland

• Caseloads available for early intervention (11 months) and K-12 students
• Full-time schedule aligns with the academic calendar, starting August 10th, 2026, and ending June 17th, 2027

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license issued by the state of Maryland
• Experience with pediatric populations in school settings is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for diverse learning and physical needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to inclusive practices and individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapeutic services to meet IEP or IFSP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to maximize student potential
• Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide resources and guidance to teachers and caregivers to foster student success
