Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in North Carolina
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators, families, and staff
• Ability to independently manage a multi-school caseload and adapt to the needs of diverse students
• Proficiency in required documentation, goal-setting, and progress tracking

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized therapy treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to support students’ mobility, functional skills, and participation
• Monitor, record, and review student progress, maintaining timely and accurate documentation
• Offer training, resources, and support to teachers and staff to facilitate students’ success in the classroom
