This contract position is full-time, offering 37.5 hours per week with an immediate start date. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through high-quality physical therapy services.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in a school-based physical therapy setting highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy practices and IEP processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Excellent documentation and organization skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group therapy services for students, following IEP goals
  • Assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
  • Consult with teachers, aides, and parents to support student mobility, motor skills, and participation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute PT expertise to best support each student’s needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely therapy records in accordance with school policies
  • Adapt therapy activities and equipment for diverse student populations
