Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and current Physical Therapy (PT) license required
  • Experience delivering physical therapy services in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to adapt support to a wide range of ages and functional needs across K-12 students
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Detail-oriented documentation and case management abilities
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students with varying motor, sensory, or mobility needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student’s goals
  • Work closely with special education teams and classroom staff to facilitate inclusion and access
  • Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support to school personnel
  • Track student progress, prepare documentation, and contribute to IEPs as required
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about interventions and progress
