Contribute to student development across two engaging caseloads: an Early Intervention role (11-month position) and a K-12 opening. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license (MD PT License) required
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
- Adaptability to diverse student needs and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services and monitor student progress
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ educational goals by addressing gross motor, mobility, and access needs
- Ensure compliance with state and district regulations
- Consult with staff and families to facilitate carryover of therapy strategies
