Physical Therapist - School Setting in Lynn, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid for work in educational settings
• Prior experience in school-based physical therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development and participation in multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students according to IEP requirements
• Assess and document students’ physical development, abilities, and needs
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans in support of academic and functional goals
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated support
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student progress and adjustments
• Maintain thorough and timely records to meet all compliance and reporting guidelines
