Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience providing PT services in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop interventions tailored to students’ needs to support their academic and functional mobility
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students per IEPs and educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation on evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate staff and families on strategies to facilitate development and promote access to the curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
