Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine students’ therapy needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and specialized support
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer guidance and education to school personnel and parents regarding student needs
