Key Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Creative, flexible approach to problem-solving and adapting interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists for integrated care
• Maintain accurate documentation on progress, attendance, and compliance reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights to the team
• Provide resources and training to staff and caregivers to facilitate carry-over of therapeutic strategies
