School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Maplewood, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time; 35 hours per week 
Dates: 9/4/26- 6/25/27

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Physical Therapist to join our school-based team in Maplewood, NJ. The therapist will support students with physical challenges to access their educational environment, improve mobility, and participate safely and effectively in school activities. Details:

Monday- Friday
8:30AM – 3:15 PM (Could Vary)
35+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and functional mobility assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and progress reports

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New Jersey PT license (or eligibility)
