School-Based Physical Therapist - Marana, Arizona

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona is required
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred

• Skill in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Travel between assigned school sites within the district to provide consistent care
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
• Maintain thorough records of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student-centered planning
• Provide consultative support and education to teachers, staff, and families
