Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license and minimum master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

- Skilled in utilizing the EDPlan SC IEP system for evaluation, documentation, and compliance.
- Comfort with performing comprehensive evaluations, completing reevaluations, and compiling accurate IEP paperwork.
- Clear, compassionate communication and collaboration abilities for effective participation in IEP meetings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students, tailored to individual needs and educational goals.
- Complete thorough evaluations and reevaluations, documenting progress and adjusting services as necessary.
- Accurately prepare, maintain, and submit required IEP paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance.
