Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
- Competence in supervising and providing guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites within the district
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions to support student mobility and motor skill development
- Supervise and mentor a PTA, ensuring high standards of care and effective service delivery
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Collaborate with educators and school teams to promote student success in both academic and physical activities
- Travel among assigned schools as part of a district-wide caseload
