Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license and certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services as specified in students’ IEPs

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and service delivery
• Educate staff and families about physical therapy strategies that support classroom engagement
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress
