Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure for the state
• Prior experience providing PT services within school settings highly encouraged
• Demonstrated understanding of pediatric physical therapy principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, staff, families)
• Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to support student success and independence
• Work closely with faculty and families to integrate therapy into classroom routines
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
