Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic K-12 setting near Media, PA. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week, working onsite with a small, focused caseload until June 10, 2027. You’ll work directly with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disabilities (ID), making a positive impact in an urban school community.

Your expertise in school-based physical therapy will be essential as you collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their full potential. The caseload is intentionally low, and you'll find minimal incidental classroom demands, allowing you to deliver meaningful, individualized interventions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania PT license/certification (must be submitted at time of application)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • Comfortable working with ASD and ID populations in an urban environment
  • Willingness to obtain PA clearances if not already held
  • Ability to participate in a Zoom interview
  • Ready to disclose the district name during the hiring process

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and families to develop effective intervention plans
  • Maintain clear, compliant records and progress notes
  • Utilize skills to support students across a variety of settings with an emphasis on individualized attention
  • Participate in required trainings and professional development opportunities
