Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of physical needs
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and federal/state regulations
• Monitor progress and document outcomes to ensure optimal student success
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student inclusion and participation in school activities
• Offer training and resources to staff and families regarding adaptive equipment and strategies
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and advocacy
