Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Connecticut
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEP process
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage caseloads across multiple locations
  • Commitment to fostering inclusion and access for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Consult on classroom adaptations to promote student success
  • Travel between assigned locations (all within close proximity)
