Key Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Arizona Fingerprint Card, or willingness to obtain
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare physical therapy settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with educators, families, and students
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services for students in accordance with IEP or 504 plans
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

- Support safe mobility and access to school environments
- Maintain thorough records and participate in meetings as required
