What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 150 minutes of direct PT services each month, split between two schools
• Assess students’ physical therapy needs in collaboration with educational teams
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student growth
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and session notes thoroughly and accurately
• Serve as a resource to teachers, families, and other related service providers
• Attend meetings as needed to help shape the educational journey of each student
