Physical Therapist - School Setting in Middletown, OH

Key Details:

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio (or eligibility)
• Experience as a PT in an educational or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with school-based IEPs and documentation requirements
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children and teens

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress
• Collaborate with special education staff, educators, and caregivers
• Support adaptive equipment and modifications within the classroom setting
• Educate teachers and families on strategies for promoting student mobility and participation
