In this pivotal role, you'll support K-12 students during a maternity leave coverage period, traveling between multiple school sites in the area and providing hands-on care and guidance to help students reach their physical goals.

Your expertise will play a key role in working with diverse age groups and collaborating with educators and families to ensure the best possible outcomes. This position requires a presence at school sites (no virtual or teletherapy services are involved), offering you an engaging environment and face-to-face connections every day.

Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist license/certification in Oregon is required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage a dynamic, itinerant caseload across multiple school campuses
  • Must be comfortable working full days onsite; virtual delivery is not an option
  • References: Provide contact information for your three most recent supervisors as part of your application

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct PT services to students grades K-12, adapting interventions for individual needs
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports
  • Travel between assigned school sites as needed for scheduled appointments
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support
