Per Diem School-Based Physical Therapist - Moxee, WA

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet students’ individualized needs
• Comfort with IEP processes and goal documentation

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, interventions, and documentation for students requiring physical therapy services
• Support access to educational opportunities through mobility, positioning, and adaptive strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists on student progress and needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all sessions and services in accordance with district and state requirements
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as requested
