Required Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Oregon Physical Therapist License.
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and document progress while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure students’ needs are met in the school environment.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide expertise and make recommendations for adaptations, equipment, and classroom modifications.
  • Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student progress during daily activities.
  • Maintain thorough, timely records and progress notes as required.
