Exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to work on a contract basis with a school-focused caseload. This assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 11, 2027, offering the consistency of full-time hours and rewarding experiences supporting early childhood intervention.
As the physical therapist for this role, you'll deliver services primarily to children in their homes and participate in some early childhood special education (ECSE) consulting. Your expertise will directly impact outcomes for young learners in Douglas County, including Roseburg and surrounding communities.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license (OR)
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Comfort with occasional travel within Douglas County
- Reliable transportation and willingness to provide home-based services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy assessments and interventions for early intervention students
- Push into home settings to deliver personalized support and therapies
