With a manageable caseload of approximately 20 students, you'll enjoy a focused and personalized approach to care—working just two days a week, for a total of 14 hours. The position is set to start as soon as possible, with the possibility of extension into the summer months for continuity of care and additional experience.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active state credentials
• Experience in school settings or pediatric therapy preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for both in-person and homebound students
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with families, educators, and support staff
• Organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation within limited weekly hours
• Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assessments and interventions for students on your caseload
• Develop individualized plans to address each student’s specific needs and goals
• Deliver services primarily on campus, with some home visits as required for homebound students
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in line with school and legal requirements
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily school routines
• Contribute to student IEP meetings as needed
• Monitor and report progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as warranted
