Key Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation for homebound student visits as needed
  • Comfort working independently and adapting to various learning environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement therapy services for a caseload of approximately 20 students
  • Provide both direct and consultative physical therapy services in schools and occasionally in home settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines and educational outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear progress updates to multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive
