School-Based Physical Therapist - Naperville, IL

Begin a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle and high school students as an onsite physical therapist. Starting as soon as possible and continuing through May 20, 2027, you'll play an important role in helping students achieve their mobility goals. This position is conveniently located near Naperville, IL and is structured for part-time work, one day a week for a total of 7.5 hours per week—making it an ideal fit for those seeking a flexible schedule.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois
• Previous experience with school-aged populations, specifically middle and high school students, preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and staff
• Comfortable conducting evaluations and implementing treatment plans in a school-based setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to middle and high school students in a supportive, educational environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other service providers to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and regular 1:1 check-ins with your supervisor
• Utilize available equipment and testing materials for assessments and interventions
• Engage in professional development opportunities and continuous learning
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practice initiatives
• Complete annual performance reviews to support ongoing professional growth
