Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Physical Therapy license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply

- Adaptable, organized, and eager to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted physical therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to support students’ mobility and access
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create inclusive learning experiences
- Offer recommendations for adaptive equipment, modifications, and positioning as needed in the educational environment
