School-Based Physical Therapist - New Castle, Delaware

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Physical Therapy license and eligibility to practice in the state of Delaware
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans supporting students’ mobility, motor skills, and participation in classroom activities
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both group and one-on-one settings
• Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates for educational teams and parents
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to integrate physical therapy strategies into students’ educational experiences
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines
