What you bring:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal setting, and documentation requirements
• Ability to travel between school locations as part of a district-wide team
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fluid environment
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, caregivers, and other service providers

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver quality physical therapy services to students with diverse needs across the district
• Conduct student assessments, develop targeted treatment plans, and maintain thorough progress records
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and collaborate to ensure student success
• Provide consultation and support to teaching staff regarding equipment and classroom strategies
• Adapt therapy methods to fit each school’s unique environment while tracking student outcomes
