School-Based Physical Therapist - New London, MN

A Physical Therapist is needed to provide services within a K-12 school setting in New London, MN. This contract position will run for the current school year and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Hours are typically scheduled from 7:15 or 7:30 a.m. until 3:15 or 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in a school environment
• Collaborate with educators and other support staff to develop individualized therapy plans
• Monitor and document student progress according to therapy goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating inclusive learning environments

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
