Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy requirements within the school environment
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals to enhance mobility and function
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and educational objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives as needed
• Promote safe, accessible participation in all school activities
