Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state-issued Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ motor and functional abilities within the school environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, families, and other therapists to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
• Provide consultative services and professional guidance to school staff and families as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
• Offer recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications to enhance student access and mobility
