Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience providing physical therapy services in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

• Familiarity with IEP process and educational documentation requirements a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with physical disabilities or developmental delays
• Design treatment interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs, in alignment with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Educate staff and families on mobility strategies, adaptive equipment, and safe practices
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district policies
