Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with the educational environment and Individualized Education Program (IEP) process
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload in accordance with their IEPs
• Evaluate student function, monitor progress, and document sessions with clarity and accuracy
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help students achieve their academic and physical goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt activities and classroom environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, share expert input, and provide recommendations for accommodations
• Maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines for student documentation
