School-Based Physical Therapist - Norristown, Pennsylvania

Desired Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with fellow therapists, educators, and families
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices in adapted physical education

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans targeting students’ unique needs
• Deliver direct physical therapy sessions and interventions tailored for a school-age caseload
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment based on student progress
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary teams and support the development of IEP goals
