Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state
• Previous pediatric or school-based PT experience preferred
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with educators, students, and families
• Knowledge of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and school documentation processes
• Compassionate, patient approach tailored to individual student needs
• Organizational skills to efficiently manage caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students with a range of needs, as prescribed in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
• Work closely with teachers and other school staff to ensure interventions support students’ educational goals
• Document services and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Serve as a resource for families and school teams regarding physical development and adaptive strategies within the classroom
