School Physical Therapist | North Attleboro, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to a diverse age and ability range (4-22)
• Detail-oriented and capable of effective documentation
• Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about student growth

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans
• Assess students’ physical abilities and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and related documentation
• Communicate effectively with school staff and families regarding progress and recommendations
• Foster a positive and inclusive therapy environment

Schedule and Details:

• Contract position for Extended School Year: July 6th – August 6th
• Work 2 to 3 days per week, Monday through Thursday
• Each day includes a 3-hour shift
• Work with a diverse student population ages 4–22
