Physical Therapist - School Setting in North Richland Hills, TX

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (ECPTOTE)
• Experience working in a school setting or pediatric rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to manage and adjust to a varied caseload in grades K–12
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering student independence, access, and participation in school activities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
• Assess gross motor skills, mobility equipment, and school environment for accessibility
• Develop and implement treatment plans; document progress and maintain compliance with state/federal requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide training and recommendations to staff on adaptive equipment and school-based mobility
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to student program development
