Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
- Previous experience as a PT in schools or pediatric setting preferred
- Understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to help students improve mobility, strength, balance, and motor function
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments and planning
- Maintain timely and accurate records according to school and legal guidelines
- Educate school staff and families on physical therapy strategies and accommodations
- Adapt interventions to accommodate diverse student backgrounds and abilities
